Some time in November, I joined a local community project that involved painting a lot of boring looking folding chairs. I shared the story with a lot of people, and many wanted to see all the chairs together.
Today they had their debut at the Beacon Hill Public Library, so I took photos of some of them. They had been arranged inside and outside of the library, and in 3 rooms, so I was not able to take pictures of all of them. But you get the idea.

What a great project to be involved in – you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves!
super cool! Way to go! So happy for you guys!
How fun will it be to go to some event and see the chairs arranged? I know you are so glad you took the time to paint one.

Thanks for the info, never heard of them.
Too pretty to sit on . Luv the second one with the sun and field…reminds me of a lofty summer’s day for dreaming. Very nice work.

Wonderful job on taking something mundane and making it special. And for such a worthy cause. Nice work all around.
I LOVE libraries, and I’d LOVE to sit at this one! It is, indeed, beautiful, festive, and artsy!
They are definitely not boring now.
