Cream puff — a California cat
I liked the way Cream puff posed for me so much that I painted her again, this time on fine Arches paper measuring 7″ x 10″. The colors and the paper cooperated with each other to make wonderful designs in the background.

Lulu’s kitty
This is out of my travel journal. I had the opportunity to paint Creampuff, my cousin Cindy’s cat. She’s also Cindy’s daughter’s cat. I filled the background of the painting with the beautiful colors Cindy has decorated her house with.

Touring with crows
This is a commissioned painting. I wanted to show a little whimsy and it had to have a bicycle in it. I really didn’t mean to make it look like my husband, but it definitely does. And he’d love to have a crow on board! (and thanks to Robin Kent for the idea!)

My son was here before father’s day finishing painting a pie box for his father. It seems that my husband is a pie baker. He is actually famous for his pies, so a famous and prolific pie baker needs world class pie containers to transport pies in. My younger son designed the first pie box…
