Just a friendly thank you

thankyoucard
As I am getting ready for my show at The Station, I am painting less and doing a lot more of the background kinds of jobs that artists must do, like matting, framing and getting paintings in order. I am, however, trying to keep my paintbrushes wet.

I have always loved to get and to send mail, and have been decorating envelopes and making cards for decades. This is the outside of a thank you card.

From April 1st to April 30th a good variety of my paintings will be on display at The Station, which is a very friendly little coffee shop at 2533 16th Ave S Seattle, WA 98144‎ on Beacon Hill. Most of the paintings that will be on display are for sale. All sales proceeds go to Animal Conservation organizations.

  1. Dear Mimi, a lovely painting. It feels like a watercolor to me. Is it? I hope that the display of your art at The Station goes well and that you raise a lot of money for animal conservation organizations. That’s a wonderful thing to do. Peace.
